Krisiti leads Recruiting Strategy and Resources for Samsung Electronics US Retail, Service, Product Innovation, Strategy, and Mobile Division. She manages a team of high-caliber recruiters and support staff to deliver the best talent in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Additionally, she partners with Business Leaders to advise on and implement staffing strategy that enables the business to meet and exceed objectives. Krisiti joined the company in 2011 and holds a Bachelors degree from Texas Women's University. 

 

 

 

Laura Agharkar  - University Relations Programs Manager, Talent Acquisition

Laura is responsible for managing Samsung's University Recruitment Programs focusing on overall program strategy, team management, event coordination, technology, communication and execution. She joined the company in 2015. Previously, Laura held recruiting positions with 24 Seven and AIFS. Laura holds a Bachelors degree in History and Business from The University of Oregon.
